- Squeeze two to three lemons in it.
- Crush some peeled garlic in it.
- Add a little pinch of salt in it.
- Add a small amount of black pepper.
- Mix them well.
- Now drink this mixture slowly.
- You will feel some sensation of easiness in your chest.
- Repeat this process at least twice a day as per your capacity.
We all are familiar with this ingredient. Honey is a natural sweetener which has anti-infection, antiviral, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammation properties. It is very beneficial for our immune system. People who take at least a spoon of honey before going to sleep have a stronger immune system than others. You can also see in your nearby medical store that honey is sold as medicine also.
